Ghosty is an unaudited beta RFQ protocol for exact, wallet-authorized token execution on Robinhood Chain. It keeps quote discovery offchain and makes custody and completed fills verifiable onchain.
What Ghosty does
- Shield supported ERC-20 assets into a contract balance attributed to the depositing wallet.
- Request exact quotes from solvers without first publishing trade direction and size to the chain.
- Authorize one quote with a trader-signed EIP-712 order containing a nonce, deadline, and minimum output.
- Settle the fill publicly and atomically, then unshield assets to the wallet that owns the recorded balance.
Privacy boundary
Only pre-trade RFQ intent is private/offchain; shield deposits, contract balances, final fills, and unshield withdrawals are public onchain.
Ghosty does not provide zero-knowledge privacy, anonymous balances, hidden ownership, or confidential settlement. Solvers and RFQ infrastructure can see intent submitted to them, and accepted trades become public when settled.
Current risk
Ghosty is unaudited beta software. Contract defects, token behavior, chain outages, solver failure, operator mistakes, and wallet compromise can cause failed execution or loss. Documentation describes intended behavior, not a warranty or audit conclusion.
